Our Story

IT deserves the importance it has for business success.

In many mid-market companies, IT has grown organically over the years. Systems were added, processes adjusted, locations connected, applications introduced, service providers integrated, and projects launched. Much of it works — but the strategic view of the whole is often missing.

The result: IT is managed, but not led. It is treated as a cost center, even though it has long been a central lever for efficiency, security, automation, growth, and value creation.

StratITIQ was founded to change exactly that. We bring IT leadership where it is needed — even when a dedicated CIO is not available, not economically viable, or not yet the right fit.

We lift IT out of the operational shadows and develop it into a visible, manageable, and value-generating business function.
Who we are

Experience, fresh perspectives, and the will to reposition IT.

StratITIQ is a small, focused startup team with a healthy mix of seniority, technical depth, strategic thinking, innovative power, and implementation experience.

Our background: real IT responsibility

We don't come from theory, but from real business situations: building IT departments, leading teams, managing projects, modernizing data centers, supporting ERP landscapes, developing emergency concepts, introducing service management, and translating digitalization into working processes.

  • From infrastructure, cloud, and security to ERP, CRM, DMS, BI, and automation
  • From operational IT to management, budget, roadmap, and governance
  • From grown structures to clear, manageable IT organizations

Our stance: IT as a value-creation function

We don't believe in IT for IT's sake. IT must serve the business: improve processes, reduce risks, enable decisions, facilitate collaboration, and support growth.

That's why we always view IT from two perspectives: technical reality and entrepreneurial value.

Strategic Vision, governance, priorities
Pragmatic Execution, roadmap, quick wins
Innovative Automation, AI, digital processes
01

We understand IT from the shop floor to the boardroom.

Production, processes, technology, IT operations, project management, and business objectives all go together for us.

02

We translate technology into decisions.

IT becomes tangible for management and departments: risks, costs, priorities, value contribution, and next steps.

03

We don't stop at the concept.

Our work doesn't end with slides. We accompany structure, management, implementation, communication, and measurable improvement.

The Problem

Many IT departments work. But they're no longer truly led.

Grown IT

Systems, processes, and responsibilities have evolved historically — but are no longer cleanly manageable.

Too little transparency

Costs, risks, projects, priorities, and IT value contributions are not clearly visible enough to management and departments.

Overloaded teams

Operational demands dominate daily work. The leadership capacity needed for strategy, roadmap, and structure is often lacking.

Services

IT leadership when the mid-market needs it.

For companies with grown IT, transformation pressure, overloaded teams, or a missing CIO role.
